Boys" is an amazing novel that reveals the colorful aspects of love in a humorous, sometimes emotional and philosophical way. With the hot friendship between the main characters Alvang de Bricul and Serju Suppeli, the unmarked and blind love of Father de Pratz, the love of God as well as the love of the master priest, the love of God and holy love of the son of the Albang mother, shows a variety of ways in which people think and love love each other. These various aspects of love are closely linked to the topic of religion and faith, extending to philosophical discussions at a deeper level. As the unwritten scholar Patricia O'Flahutti discussed, "boys" "explore the religious way of life that believes in humans rather than God," which is none other than love.

Al-Bang, an honor student in the philosophy class of Parc Cholleju, is elected as a member of the Academy, a new organization representing the school. Ten elite students from the academy begin a "protection group" activity in which a senior takes care of a junior he points out. Al-Bang has been obsessed with Serju, a two-year junior whom he had liked for years, and he decides to protect him. Then the innocent love between the two begins, a special friendship. Through this amazing adventure, Albang gradually discovers the mysterious and incredible aspects of life.

Al-Bang met Serju at Ecole Mocorne, where he used to go Serju is a child who is hated by friends and teachers for his bad manners and rough manners. Falling in love helplessly, Albang kisses the pencil Serju lent her, sneaks off the name tag Serju put on her saliva, and puts a handful of Serju's hair inside the storage-type pendant. When Serju transferred to Park Cholleju, he even persuaded his mother to move to the same school. Though Alvang, who had previously experienced fascination for others, there is "a very exciting, serious, and a little bit painful side" to what Cerzou feels.

The relationship between Albang and Serju becomes more prominent and passionate under the protection group of Park Cholleju. One Thursday evening, at dusk, Albang meets Serju in a dressing room at the sparse Pelota stadium. With the encounter, in which passion bled the forefinger in the dark and even ripped the lining of the coat, Albang thinks he has reached something incredibly amazing. After the experience, which was "like a dream" and "this is the only moment that exists," a surprising sense of fulfillment and happiness envelops him. I think of egg wash. 'I'm scared to death. I love him so much. If it goes on like this, I'll go crazy. But I am eager to do so.’

The mood of the protection group gradually changes in the direction of being preoccupied with physical pleasure. Al-Bang feels that the ultimate purpose of the protection group should be the junior's education, "spiritual uplift," so he decides to start a new life in his relationship with Serju and set an example for other students and reform the atmosphere of cholera. Despite its pure intentions, Albang's will to reform is antagonized by other friends.

When the couple is alone in the chocolate storage room, Father de Pratz, who is unusually fond of Serju and is jealous and hostile towards Albang, suddenly appears. He presses, "Was it just the two of you to catch a fly?" In the end, the relationship between the two will be an opportunity to learn religious maturity and mercy," said the head priest, who showed generosity, and his friends, who were trying to get close to Albang, turn their backs on the friendship, which he was accused of being dishonest. After being expelled from school, Al-Bang promises to Father de Fratz that he won't meet Serju outside of school, and realizes that one day of his life, when he believed he could get through anything with pure passion, is just over.

After leaving Park's Collez, Albang tries to soothe its mind, but still can't avoid sadness, and even after two years, "this scar still bleeding vividly" doesn't heal. But this pain is not entirely in vain. Regardless of the passage of time, Serzou remains a "strong memory" for Alvang, which is sunk "in that cool, deep place where even the wind can't touch."

a plot
Based on the author's autobiographical experience, "Boys" depicts an incident that surrounds the special friendship between 16-year-old boy Albang and two-year-old Serju against the backdrop of a Catholic school, Park Cholju. In the nostalgic and penitent writing of a long time ago, the youthful yet serious passion of a teenager sublime becomes an eternal love that cannot be erased by any subsequent love experienced.

He was born in Paris in 1895. I was influenced by my mother and I started writing since I was young and dreamed of becoming a writer. In 1909, I first learned about bullfighting in Spain.
